J&S Legacy Ironworks, LLC is a newly established rebar ironworks company. Jose Delao, is the owner and operator of business, financial operations, and operations management in the field. Jose is licensed and certified to assist in fieldwork. Our team consists of ironworkers and apprentices skilled in all aspects of professional rebar installation. We are a drug-free organization that promotes hard work and fair employment practices for the benefit and growth of our entire organization. Each employee will operate under guidelines, pay scales and training expectations set forth by Ironworkers Local 444.
Jose Delao
Owner, Operator, and Ironworker
Jose is an ironworker with over two decades of experience in rebar placement, structural steel, and welding. He graduated summa cum laude, with a 4.0 GPA, from Illinois Central College and is an active member of his community, involved in various roles such as substitute teaching and coaching football. Jose is a widower, married to his wife for 15 years, and has three children. In his professional capacity, he will work in the field and engage with clients and businesses to foster strong relationships within the industry, all while motivating those around him with his ambitious goals and future visions. Jose holds several certifications, including OSHA 10- and 30-hour, advanced rigging, welding, and 14 other relevant certifications, showcasing his commitment and excellence to safety in his field.
